Establishing the Mediation Process - November 2026
This session will address how the mediation process is introduced and structured in Civil Harassment cases, particularly when participation is voluntary. Managing High-Conflict Interactions - January 2027
Training will address the challenges of leading mediations involving heightened emotion, conflict, or difficult interactions. Challenges, Impasse, Ethics, and Common Pitfalls - March 2027
This session will examine common issues, arguments, impasses, and pitfalls in Civil Harassment mediation. Advanced Application and Case Review - July 2027
This session will build on the mediators’ experience conducting Civil Harassment mediations over the preceding months.
